He said on Tuesday after the registration materials had been distributed to all centres, he decided to follow up and find out the progress of the exercise.
Mr Quaicoe said on reaching Royal Fire Gate Chapel registration Centre, Mr Boahene, a teacher at the local Methodist primary School, who was in charge of the centre could not even talk or raise his head to answer questions from the Electoral Commission Officials.
He noted that as soon as he saw that Mr Boahene was drunk, he immediately asked him to board the vehicle, which they were using and sent him back to school.
Mr Quaicoe cautioned that the Electoral Commission would not tolerate indiscipline in the course of the exercise.
The District Electoral Officer said that the Commission wanted to conduct clean and credible voters register to avert any future problems. He warned registration officers in the district to be circumspect since any one caught in the similar act would not be spared.
