The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has declared its resolve to revisit allegations levelled against Prophet Victor Kusi Boateng for his dealings as secretary of the board of trustees of the National Cathedral Secretariat.

According to the party’s Deputy General Secretary Mustapha Gbande, Prophet Kusi Boateng has committed a number of illegalities including an alleged plot to help the New Patriotic Party rig the 2024 Elections.

The Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) on November 24 cleared Prophet Victor Kusi Boateng of the allegations of using double identities to acquire different passports under different names.

The commission also cleared the founder of the Power Chapel Worldwide Ministries of any financial misconduct in the payment of GH¢2.6 million from the National Cathedral Secretariat to JNS Talent Centre Limited, a company associated with Rev. Kusi Boateng.

Speaking to host Julius Caesar Anadem on Ultimate FM’s Cup of Tea, he contended, “We are all children of his eminence the Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams. Tell him we are holding his files including things that have not come to the public; including his role in this elections,” he dared.

He alleged, “Rev Kusi played a very vital syndicate role which is illegal in this election.”

Gbande insisted that instead of representing God, the venerable man of God joined forces with the New Patriotic Party and dabbled in the plunder of the country’s assets.

“Rev. Kusi was on the dining table of the evil that punished this country. He has been a beneficiary of funding through robbing in the construction of the National Cathedral. He was an architect, an actor and a beneficiary of the crimes of this administration. He is part of the people who forget where the lord brought them from and he didn’t represent the image of God,” Gbande bemoaned.

Gbande wondered how the respected clergyman had, in his estimation, stooped so low compared to his demeanour and character some time past.
