President for Heralds of Islamic message, Shiekh Ayub Ofosuhene Asare has entreated the family of slain journalist, Ahmed Hussein-Suale to exercise patience in pursuing the killers of their son.
Shiekh Ofosuhene Asare who was addressing family and loved ones at the GJA memorial services held in honour of Ahmed said, “the family needs patience because the holy Quran entreats all Muslims to be patient because if you are patient and a misfortune befalls you, God protects you and prevents any further misfortunes”.
He noted that God will bless the family if they rely on him and patiently wait for his guidance adding that God can also save the family from further misfortunes.
“I am not saying they should not do anything about the death of their son, but they should do it in patience, they should put their trust in God,” he stated.
Explaining further, Sheikh said, if the family tries to find the perpetrators on their own without trusting God they may fault by suspecting innocent individuals.
“The family needs to be consoled because our dear one has left us, he is not going to come back” he said
