We wish on behalf of Mahama Fun club-Brong Ahafo to congratulate His Excellency JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA, President of the Republic of Ghana for his one touch election victory in the December 7 polls.
This victory is for all Ghanaians and not only N.D.C as a party. It is an endorsement of the Better Ghana Agenda which was initiated by the late Professor JOHN EVANS ATTA MILLS\MAHAMA administration.
We members of Mahama Fun Club-Brong Ahafo, have absolute confidence in the abilities and capabilities of President MAHAMA to advance the Better Ghana Agenda through investment in people, economic growth, job creation and infrastructural expansion.
The club wishes to commend all those who represented the party at various constituencies as well as the rank and file of the party for their hard work to ensure this victory.
We therefore task all party members to endeavor to provide exemplary life by honoring their obligations to the state to sustain the spirit of the Better Ghana Agenda.
We would also like to use this opportunity to commend the President for the appointments he has made so far especially the appointment of Hon. Eric Opoku who is a member of Mahama fun club as the Brong Ahafo Regional minister and also being the only president to have appointed a physically challenged person into his cabinet in the person of Dr. Henry Seidu Daanaa. This clearly shows that he is bent to deliver and to ensure all inclusiveness in his governance
As a group we have confidence in the appointments made so far especially those from our region who we think have the required skills to manage their respective ministries being assigned to them by His Excellency JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA. We are very optimistic that those appointments yet to come shall follow suit to ensure the realization of the better Ghana Agenda.
We therefore wish to advice all those who would be entrusted with public office not to forget the principle of social democratic values which is a premise on equality and social justice.
We believe there is going to be a daunting task in advancing the Better Ghana Agenda but
Ghanaians should have confidence in the President and his ministers and make a sacrifice today for a better tomorrow.
