Martin Amidu was appointed Special Prosecutor by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on 11 January, 2018.
He was appointed to help government fight against corruption as well as prosecute corrupt officials.
However, over a year after his appointment, nothing is being seen or done in a way of fighting corruption.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has asked the Attorney General’s office to within three weeks file legal arguments justifying the appointment of Martin Amidu as Special Prosecutor.
"They thought Martin Amidu had a magic wand . . . now they seem to be disappointed," Tei-Larbi said in reaction to this development during a panel discussion on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo' hosted by Kwami Sefa Kayi.
He further disclosed the 'true' reason why President Akufo-Addo appointed Martin Amidu.
