Wherever they pass, we will enter - Brogya Genfi replies Wontumi over one million ways of winning 2024 elections

Ernest Yaw Brogya Genfi, the Deputy Director for Special Duties of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has responded to comments made by Bernard Antwi Boasiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), about their intentions in winning the 2024 general elections.

Chairman Wontumi recently declared that the NPP has "one million ways" to secure victory in the 2024 elections.

However, Genfi, in his response, emphasized that there is only one legitimate way to win an election, which he asserted is through performance.

He argued that the true measure of success in governance is the ability to deliver on promises and meet the needs of the populace, not through other means.

"The fact that he even came out to confess that they have one million ways of winning shows that it is God who influenced him to confess his plans because if you have a plan, it should be in your head.

"Winning an election is just one way. If you are in government, the only surest way to win is to deliver; there must not be any extra ways. So, we know what is happening," he stated.

Genfi further asserted that the NDC is prepared to counter any strategies the NPP might employ.

"My point is, the one million ways will not save them because wherever they pass, we will enter," he added.
