Kpassa, June 7, GNA - The Executives of the Nkwanta North Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have warned its activists and members of dare repercussions if its laid-down structures were ignored in dealing with internal matters.

In a release signed by Mr Mark Kwaku Mbalijam, Constituency Propaganda Secretary, said the party's laid-down procedures for grievance resolution was consolidated and should be upheld.

The statement said it implored aggrieved members to explore the party's machinery in conflict resolution and would no longer countenance media prosecution of disputes.

It reminded the "so called" interests groups publishing unfounded stories about members in the media for their parochial and individual agenda "are only shooting themselves in the foot". It added that leadership was ordained and imbued with humility and "anybody who is thought to be bigger than the Constituency would not lead them".

It said it was however strategizing towards annexing the Constituency seat from the incumbent Mr Joseph Kweku Nayan, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP). The statement indicated hard work would be rewarded and activists with the strongest appeal would be considered to lead them and would resist fiercely impositions. It exhorted true party members to lend their fullest support in the coalition course to unseat the incumbent MP in 2012 general elections.
