All these back hoe excavators will soon end up at private sites digging manholes and foundations. And when they break down they'll complain of lack of resources to fix them. Just watch and see.

Inadequate road facilities is the biggest obstacle Ghana has been confronted with since independence, but it looks like there’s a chance we will breakthrough this serious dilemma that has bedeviled our country since its inception.
