Scholarships must be cancelled since all children get basic education to SSS level. And with the free first year proposal for students at university, l don't think we need to be offering anymore scholarships.

These Togolese Ayigbes and their culture of entitlement. From the impoverished shithole region that contributes zilch to Ghana's national coffers and yet are in the vanguard of those making noise about the use of Ghana's resources. These social misfits should be encouraged to secede from Ghana and create their country of the imaginary republic western Togoland. There they can generate the resources to develop their people instead of riding on the back of Ghana and like Oliver Twist always asking for more.
