What is Ntim Fourdjour talking about. Let us do the maths. Divide 1000 by 12 cedis gives you 83.3 L of fuel which will attract 83.3 cedis levy therefore total cost will be 1083.3 cedis for the 83.3 L.

Previously the same 83.3 L multiplied by 17 cedis will give you 1416; or let us multiply by 16 ie 83.3x16=1332.8 or multiply by 15 ie 83.8x15=1249.5 or by 14 ie 83.8x14=1166.2
In any case this 1 cedi thing is for a wordy course.
