He was never getting convicted. Not even unanimous Fc could have convicted him. The pro NDC judge at the Koforidua court should be ashamed of himself.

What is the sense in the rulling? It is now right to disobey court injunction and go ahead to be sworn in as an mp. Then coming elections will be interesting.
The constitution is Supreme. Some one high court judge can't stop someone who has clearly won the elections at the polling stations from being sworn in
