  So the change in the process of NPP internal elections is a proposal from the NEC to the Executive Council for a decision to be made. This doesn't call for head splitting and divisive comments, insinuations condemnation and downright insults. It rather calls for discussions, influencing opinions or lobbying. Sober heads they call it.
