Kennedy Agyapong appoints Charles Bissue as Campaign Administrator

Presidential candidate hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kennedy Agyapong, has announced the appointment of Charles Cromwell Nanabanyin Onuawonto Bissue as the Campaign Administrator, effective immediately.

In a press release dated October 14, 2025, Agyapong stated that Bissue will provide overall coordination and strategic oversight of campaign operations, ensuring that all activities across the various directorates and teams are well-structured, efficiently executed, and aligned with the campaign’s objectives.

Bissue’s responsibilities include overseeing campaign administration, managing official correspondence, receiving and processing reports and briefings, and guiding the flow of information to support timely decision-making.

The statement further directed that all external campaign correspondence be routed through the Campaign Administrator’s office, while internal communications, reports, or documents intended for Agyapong’s attention must first be submitted to Bissue.

Agyapong expressed confidence that the appointment will enhance discipline, cohesion, and focus within the campaign structure, adding that he expects full cooperation from all team members.

He said the new arrangement is part of efforts to streamline operations and strengthen coordination ahead of the party’s upcoming activities.
