I really don't get the relevance of this PAC meetings. If some infractions occurred from 2019 to 2023 why should the current MP called in to answer questions for that period? The substantive MP at that time is alive and well so why don't you bring him for questioning? This process is the reason why corruption is unabated in these institutions for which they usually get away with it.

Going forward the Auditor General should be proactive enough to undertake current audits for prompt resolutions than retrospective audits where people get away with it and sometimes they are not in the jurisdiction.
