I guest there is a misunderstanding, what Mustapha Gbande was saying is that whilst it is good to give help individually, it will be better if all those helps are brought to the party office so that it will be shared among the grassroots, for proper accountability. We all know that there are always, some greedy people in any gathering,. one person will be going round collecting from various appointees on the blind side of the party and yet will be the very one that will be complaining of not receiving anything.
