Comrades, the Peoples National Convention has seen tremendous ups and downs since its inception in 1992.
What is unique about the party is its ability to stand the test of time, because many of its colleague political parties who came into existence just around the same period that PNC was born, have ceased to be in existence.
Notwithstanding these capacities of the PNC to stand the test of time, the casualties that the party has experienced over the past period, is in no doubt major and cannot be overlooked.
2012 election presents the PNC an opportunity to ensure that we create and build in the Ghanaian populace the confidence and hope that the PNC indeed is a party worth given a chance to govern the affairs of this wonderful country of ours.
As our two great founders, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and Dr. Hilla Limann, thought us, ‘Organization Decides All’, we must ensure that we have in place a National Organizer for the PNC who understands the exigency and the significance of organization.
This is the reason for which I am officially presenting myself to be the Next National Organizer for the Peoples National Convention.
As a National Organizer, my office shall ensure that
1. All organizational activities of the party are result oriented.
2. All organizational programs of the party are developed to be constituency/regional specific, thus, it shall be a tailor made and not off the shelf design.
These point of reference, have given me, over the past period, the drive and zeal to have currently visited and interacted with over 2/3rd of the 230 constituencies across the Country, and I am happy to announce that I am still doing more visitations and interactions.
The purposes of these engagements, have been to put myself in the know of actually having a firsthand information on what confronts the various constituencies, because the PNC is at a position now where it needs an informed National Organizer who will drive the PNC party from where it is to where it is suppose to be, through grass root organization.
As a National Organizer, the PNC is going to empower its grass-root members, by engaging itself in two major activities, thus, developing:
1. A Short Term Program, in relation to the upcoming 2012 general election and
2. A Long Term Program, in relation to the direction of the PNC, after the 2012 election.
Emmanuel Wilson Jnr, the Next NATIONAL ORGANIZER for the Peoples National Convention, shall priorities HIS Organizers office, with what has been christened as AGENDA SIX PILLARS, defined as follows;
1. BUILDING a new identity for the party
2. BUILDING the right and ideal structures on the ground
3. INCREASING our human resource base
4. BUILDING a stronger channel of communication
5. BUILDING a wide parliamentary base
6. STRENGTHENING the national and regional/constituency relationship

The Peoples National Convention is on the verge to make a history coming 25th – 27th of November 2012 in Sunyani.
The PNC is on the verge to present itself as a party ready to form the next government of this country.
The majority of delegates of the Peoples National Convention are on the verge to making history. The history of making Emmanuel Wilson Jnr, the NEXT National Organizer for the PNC.
