This is the main reason why ndc youths are fighting over the appointed DC's in various districts. The youth know that the DC's are nothing good as the one who gave the unedited speech in public.   Holders of such positions should know that you live your life in the open and should seek to acquire or be assisted with the requisite 'tools of the trade' to fulfill their duties adequately.
  It was blunder short of NATIONAL EMBARRASSMENT for a Mister to act so immaturely. Sure, mistakes do happen but how you deal with them shows your calibre.
  Who ever appointed this 'cute' lady has looking at other attributes!
