The donated items included five motorbikes and a car
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency in the Western Region, Lawyer Barbara Oteng-Gyasi, who doubles as the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts has donated a brand new vehicle and five motorbikes to the Communication Team of the NPP in the area.
This comes as one of the many interventions, the MP is doing to strengthen the party and ensure it wins the 2020 elections massively.
Making the presentation on behalf of the MP at the party's office on Saturday, August 31, Mr. Abiam Danso, the Constituency Chairman thanked the MP for her wonderful performance in Parliament, and as a Minister of state.
He mentioned especially the"Year of Return" programme that has projected Ghana on the international map and yielding lots of benefits to the country.
Chairman Abiam said, the communication department of the NPP in the area formed an integral part of activities of the party.
He said it remained an important area the party can't do without, and hence this intervention by the MP, which he observed will be crucial to the strategy of the party ahead of 2020.
The communication team received the donation and pledged to use it to ensure victory becomes the hallmark of NPP in Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency in particular and Ghana as a whole.
They, members of the team seized the opportunity to urge all Constituents to rally behind the MP to develop the area.
The enthusiastic Communicators said this was unprecedented since the inception of the party in the area.
