PNC sets up committee to probe Mornah, one other over party cash

The People’s National Convention (PNC) has set up a five-member committee to investigate the alleged receipts and deposits of party funds meant for party operations into personal or private bank accounts of Mr Bernard Mornah and Mr Henry Asante the national chairman and the 2nd vice-chairman of the party respectively.

The committee is to invite the two gentlemen to take their views and ascertain the truth on how much funds have come to the party.

This the PNC in a statement said its to ensure it keeps records of all funds received and transactions made so far as the party prepares for the 2020 national delegate conference.

The five-member investigative team are Moses Daniba, Alhassan Azong, Mr Isshaque Awudu, Ms Janet Dabla and Alhaji Yakubu.
