In an unfortunate incident at the Bole District Magistrate Court, a suspect was compelled to defecate on himself during a trial due to the absence of toilet facilities.

According to a report by adomonline.com, the court, located in the Savannah Region and serving areas such as Bole, Sawla, and Damongo, has been the scene of similar incidents in the past.

The lack of restrooms has not only affected the accused but also the court staff, who are often forced to walk nearly 3 kilometers to find a toilet, causing significant disruptions to their work.

The latest incident caused the court proceedings to come to an abrupt stop when an accused person, suffering from a stomach upset, found no relief in sight.

Parties and clients, who requested anonymity while speaking to Adom News, expressed their disappointment with the government and judicial service for failing to provide essential facilities within the court premises.
