Adenta Global Evangelical Church donates to inmates of Akuse prisons

Akuse (E/R), June 14, GNA - The Women's Wing of the Grace Family Chapel of the Global Evangelical Church, Adenta has presented food items valued at A2800 cedis to the Female inmates of the Akuse Prisons in the Eastern Region.

The President of the wing, Mrs Rosemary Buatsi Brempong who presented the items on behalf of members said it was in line with the theme of the Church that 93none should perish".

She said it was aimed at sharing the word of God with the inmates and pray for them.

Some of the items presented included gari, sugar, soft drinks and female toiletries.

Assistant Superintendent of Prisons Mandi Mensah thanked the Church for the kind gesture and appealed to corporate organisation to come to the aid of the inmates.
