Omanhene of Breman Asikuma and President of the Central Regional House of Chiefs, Odeefuo Amoakwa Boadu, says leadership is one of the missing pieces in Africa's development puzzle.

He said Africa's transformation journey would have been vastly different with visionary leaders at the helm, steering the continent toward prosperity and growth.

According to him, effective leadership is the linchpin to unlocking the continent's potential, tackling pressing challenges, and harnessing opportunities for sustainable development.

Speaking at the launch of business executive, leadership consultant, and executive coach Dr. Edward Ato Sarpong's book, "Eyewitness to Leadership," at the AH Hotel in Accra, Odeefuo Amoakwa Boadu underscored the need for collective leadership to elevate African lives.

The event, chaired by Elder Emmanuel Anane Boate, a trustee of the Church of Pentecost International, brought together notable figures, including Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, the Executive Chairman and founder of the Jospong Group of Companies, Mr. Kwasi Twum, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Multimedia Group, Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley, former Ghanaian High Commissioner to India, Professor Robert Ebo Hinson, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the Ghana Communication Technology University, and Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, former Minister of Gender, among others.

"Eyewitness to Leadership" is a 317-page transformative masterpiece that expertly combines timeless principles, personal anecdotes, and real-world illustrations to guide readers on their path to successful leadership.

Born a leader, made through commitment: the path to fulfillment starts with a personal pledge. In "Eyewitness to Leadership," Ato Sarpong shares his own triumphs and setbacks, alongside those of fellow leaders, infusing the narrative with authenticity and biblical wisdom.
