Brong Ahafo BECE results improve

An analysis of the BECE results of schools in the Brong Ahafo Region from 1997 to 2002 shows a gradual improvement in the region?s performance year by year.

The Regional Minister, Mr. Akubuor Debrah, expressed regret that whilst some schools were performing marvelously, few schools were scoring zero per cent.

He emphasized that education is a key to poverty reduction and parents, teachers and students must attach all seriousness to it.
