Accra, June 29, GNA - The Leadership of Christ Embassy Ghana would on Republic Day, Thursday July 1, distribute more than one million copies of the daily devotional and Bible study-guide: Rhapsody of Realities, throughout the country.

A statement made available to Ghana News Agency on Tuesday said the event dubbed; "Reach out Ghana 2010 (ROGHA 2010)," was to promote peace, progress, prosperity and patriotism in the country.

It said several activities had been planned for the campaign such as crusades, carnival floats, football competition, gospel music ministrations and community development projects.

The statement said the campaign, similar to previous campaigns, were undertaken in line with the goal to reach all with the God-given vision of Christ Embassy.

These include taking the divine presence of God to the nations and the peoples of the world and demonstrating the character of the Spirit. During the Golden Jubilee Celebration on March 6, 2007, the leadership of Christ Embassy in Ghana distributed more than 50,000 copies of Rhapsody of Realities to residents of Accra in commemoration of the day.

In 2009, the leadership held 33 REACH OUT campaigns of free distribution of Rhapsody of Realities in countries such as Aruba, Australia, Benin, Brazil, Cameroon, Germany, Italy, Liberia, Netherlands, Nigeria, United Kingdom, Senegal, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Togo, United States of America and Zimbabwe.

The devotional, co-authored by Pastor Chris and Pastor Anita Oyakhilome, was launched about 10 years ago. Several millions of copies are distributed in 160 countries and in 92 languages including Hausa, Twi and Ewe. Ga, Nzema, Dagbani and Fante translations would be available from July 2010.

Senior Pastor of Christ Embassy Ghana, Pastor Biodun Lawal said: "As a result of this campaign, peace, progress and prosperity would reign in this country; patriotism shall be birthed in the hearts of people". "There shall be an unprecedented growth in every sector of the economy as the people of Ghana receive the engrafted word of God in a way they have never experienced before. This campaign shall lead to evident social changes in the nation of Ghana," he added.

Mrs Abigail Harley, Chairperson of ROGHA 2010 National Planning Committee, said: "REACH OUT GHANA would bring healing to the nation". 29 June 10
