Hohoe, March 30, GNA - The Hohoe Circuit of the Methodist Church of Ghana was inaugurated at Hohoe last Sunday with the induction of Right Reverend Julius Ben Dzodzodzi as its first Superintendent Minister. The induction ceremony was conducted by The Rt. Rev Samuel Achamfuo-Yeboah, Tema Bishop of the church assisted by Rt. Rev Justice Dadson, of the Tema West Diocese and Rt. Rev William Blankson of the Somanya Diocese of the church. Rt. Rev Achamfou-Yeboah cautioned the new circuit not to behave like the biblical prodigal son, now that they have gained their independence. "Like the prodigal son, now that you have gained autonomy you are free to seek what you want, you can seek leisure and pleasure". But he asked them to always seek to please God in all that they do and also remain faithful to the Methodist Church. Rt. Rev Achamfou-Yeboah advised the Superintendent Minister to direct his flock to work to the glory of God and help increase the membership of the church. "You should listen to counsel from your church members since you are all of one family", he further advised.
