Company gives awards to its customers

Techiman, Dec 19, GNA - Mr Samuel S. Ayebi, the Techiman Deputy Municipal Director of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, has called on farmers not to limit their concern only on crop production but also stretch it livestock rearing.

Mr Ayebi made the call at a ceremony at which Agyaaku Farms and Trading Enterprise, dealers in fertilizers and agro-chemicals at Techiman, presented awards 18 of its customers at the weekend. He appealed to farmers to seek the assistance of extension officers for expert farming techniques.

Mr Patrick Gyamfi of Jama District emerged the overall winner and received a Sprayer and a T-Shirt.

Mr Oti Akenten who placed second was presented three pairs of Wellington boots, a T-Shirt and while Mr Kwasi Kyeremeh from placed third and collected a watering Can and a T-Shirt. 19 Dec 05
