Expresso, a telecommunication company, on Friday apologized to its customers, especially those in the Upper East and West regions, for service interruption.
“We have resolved the problem in other parts of the country, however we are still facing some difficulties in these two regions,”a statement from the company to the Ghana News Agency said.
The statement said the problem had arisen due to technical challenges which are being worked on earnestly.
“We wish to assure our customers that urgent steps have been made to resolve the situation in the shortest possible time and to ensure that we do not experience such a situation again,” it said.
