Effiduase/Asokore MP gives constituents soft loans; set to pay only 2% interest

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Effiduase/Asokore in the Ashanti Region has given sixty (60) women in his constituency soft loans for their businesses.

Nana Ayew Afriyie gave the amounts to the mostly market women in her constituency when he visited the constituents.

The 60 women who received amounts up to GHC 500.00 will be required to pay only 2% interest on the amounts after the maturity of the loans.

Beneficiaries were very happy for the gesture and expressed their gratitude to Mr Ayew Afriyie and urged him to continuously offer help to rural market women as they are the foundation of the local economy.
