GNJ Communications and Trading Company Limited, an authorized Vodafone Distributor in the Eastern and Volta Regions, has organized a special awards ceremony at which some distributors have been rewarded for their outstanding performance.
The ceremony which took place at Capital View Hotel, Koforidua, saw some distributors taking home prizes for their achievements in the past year.
According to the CEO of GNJ Communications and Trading Company Limited, Gabriel Nadab Johnson, the awards are in appreciation of the contribution of its distributors to the company’s success and a means of encouraging them to continue to support the communication industry in the country.
He observed that, without the role of distributors who are valuable participants in the communication service chain in the country, Ghanaians would not really benefit from the opportunities communication offers them.
He said this award programme, which brought together all sub-distributors across the length and breadth of the Region-Eastern, is the maiden of its kind that will become an annual ceremony to acknowledge valued customers.
Ernest Konadu – Kwakye, Managing Director of Konneast Home and Terrazo Wares Enterprise, was adjudged the overall best sub-distributor for the Eastern Region and took home a registered and insured Royal Motor-bike, a bumper with a citation.
Other sub-distributors received various awards.
