Ghana to promote God's kingdom - Bishop Love

Accra, Jan. 18, GNA - The Founder of the Prince of Peace Mission, Bishop Frank Love on Tuesday said he had a revelation that: "The Lord God has chosen Ghana as a Gentile Nation to promote the Kingdom of God after which Israel will be saved."

He said the peace and freedom in Ghana now was the manifestation of his revelation but added that 'unless we repent from our evil ways God's anger can come upon us as we see in other countries."

Bishop Love, who announced this at a press conference in Accra, said the revelation was made to him after the appearance of a 'mystery star' in the skies over the Mission's temple at Nungua in 1998.

"The Lord said to me that this star you are watching, will move to Israel after three months. I announced this message to my congregation and we were watching till it disappeared in early November the same year."

He said in mid November the same year, the star appeared in the skies over Bethlehem in Israel and American Astronomers, who were invited to identify it approved of it to be an amazing star close to the earth.

"After reading the message of the star in the Weekly Mirror, I went into prayers to see what it meant. The revelation was that, The Lord God has chosen Ghana as a Gentile Nation to promote the Kingdom of God after which Israel will be saved."

Bishop Love also linked the Tsunami disaster last December to some of the signs of the end times and asked people especially Ghanaians to amend their ways.

The Bishop who quoted the Bible throughout the conference to back his assertion said, this was the time the Almighty God was going to punish everybody, who did not believe in the only Son of God and appealed to Ghanaians to repent.

He noted that disaster was knocking at the doors of nations that refused to repent and to acknowledge the Lord Jesus, adding, "all evildoers and unrepentant people would die before the Lord Jesus comes the second time".

Bishop Love, therefore, appealed to Parliament to pass a law to abolish homosexuality and encourage decent dressing of Ghanaian women. He said if the nation failed, it would face the Lord's anger.
