Reverend Stephen Kwarteng-Amaning, Head Pastor of St John’s Baptist Church at Tantra-Hill in Accra, has asked Ghanaians to stop the blame game.
He said Ghanaians should pray and offer good advice to those in authority to overcome obstacles such as the erratic electricity supply.
Rev Kwarteng-Amaning urged the citizenry to use electricity power wisely, in an interview with Ghana News Agency when the Church celebrated its 30th anniversary on the theme: “Celebrating the Goodness of the Lord.”
Rev Dr Nii Amoo-Darku, a member of the National Peace Council in a sermon admonished Ghanaians to stop nagging and live for God’s own agenda, saying: “There are no challenges that can change God’s purpose.”
He asked the church members to emulate Jesus and learn to do good to all manner of persons.
Rev Nii Amoo-Darku said 30 years in God’s ministration is no mean achievement and asked the congregation to gather their loins as the church moves on to the next step of life.
