Hon Egyapa Mercer donates to churches, aged within his Constituency

Honourable Member of Parliament for the Sekondi Constituency, Lawyer Andrew Egyapa Mercer has Donated assorted items to the various Churches, Aged, Widows and the Less Privileged in his Constituency during the Yuletide.

In a short ceremony to climax the Yuletide activities at the Sekondi Youth Centre over the weekend, Honorable Mercer donated One Hundred and Forty-Seven (147) pieces of Hampers to all Churches and refreshed and presented Fabric to over Two Hundred (200) residents made up of aged, less privileged and widows in his constituency.

The Honorable Member of Parliament presented each widow a half piece of fabric and assured them that this kind gesture would be very frequent.

The beneficiaries were from the Nine Electoral Areas within the Sekondi Constituency namely; Kweikuma, Nkotompo, Adiembra, Baka-Ekyir, Zongo among others.

Maame Sika on behalf of all the beneficiaries expressed their sincerest appreciation to Honorable Mercer and prayed for him to succeed in his legislative duties to help promote the Ghana Beyond Aid Agenda and also to project the name Sekondi to the World.

Some personalities who graced the occasion included Chairman Percy Ansah, Mr Daniel Kojo Caiquo, and Ami Mohammed who are all Constituency Executives of the New Patriotic Party.
