Wonder Atimu, popularly known as 2-Flex, a first year student of KETASCO, was returning from a durbar at Dagbamete to which he was invited by a friend.

According to information, Wonder had early on vowed not to attend the said programme, but upon persuasion from his friend, whose name was given only as Noble, a final year student of Abor SHS, he agreed to accompany him on his motor bike.

On his way from the durbar grounds around 6pm that fateful day, the deceased, riding his bike, followed a vehicle but due to the dusty nature of the road, collided with an oncoming motor rider who, according to eyewitness, was riding at a very top speed with two pillions.

Wonder crashed his head in the process and bled profusely from the injuries he sustained. He at the same time vomited blood and food substances.

Prior to his death, the deceased managed to find his way to Dagbamete junction, and was rushed to the Akasti Government Hospital, but was later transferred to the St. Anthony’s Hospital, at Dzodze, the nurses on duty insisted they got someone to sign a form before he is attended to medically.
