Apostle Kwadwo Safo, Founder and Leader of the Church, who made the presentation said the gesture was in fulfilment of the Church's mission to provide for the needy, the physically challenged and the marginalised in society to give them comfort and a sense of belonging.

The Supervisor of the Home, Miss Augustina Quainoo, who received the gifts, thanked the Kristo Asafo Church for the gesture and said the donation had come at a time when the Home was in dire need of such support.
