The Kwahu-East District Chief Executive was honored with the Community Impact Award for Local Governance Excellence. This prestigious recognition highlights the impactful programs and projects the Assembly has executed over the past seven years, marking a significant milestone in the District's ongoing journey toward community development.
From 2017 to 2024, the Kwahu-East District, under the dedicated leadership of Hon. Isaac Agyapong, has successfully implemented over 177 programs and projects aimed at enhancing the lives of its citizens. These initiatives span a wide range of essential areas, including education, health, water and sanitation, roads, rural electrification, and social protection, among others.
The award ceremony, organized by THE BUSINESS EXECUTIVE, took place at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. This event not only celebrated the District's achievements but also underscored the collective effort and unwavering dedication of every member of the District.
