The discussions centered on the leasing of lands for investors instead of outright sale, the provision of public places of convenience, the disposal of refuse, the establishment of a district hospital at Ningo, school infrastructure, extension of electricity to other villages, and the poor road from Dawa to Ningo.
Mr Mensah called on the people to bury their political and tribal differences and unite so that "with our leaders within the communities, a number of projects could be initiated to improve the standard of living of the people."

I will not be an MP forever, and enlightened people will only be prepared to offer themselves to serve and lead us if we co-operate to help those we have elected or nominated to lead us.
Mr Mensah suggested the formation of a development committee to support unit committees to prioritise and implement the development projects, so that they can access part of the HIPC fund that has come to the Danmge West District Assembly.
