McDan Group CEO supports Yaa-Naa et'al

Mcdan Ceo Supports Dr. Daniel McKorley donated 100 maxi bags of rice and undisclosed amount of money

In this Holy month of Ramadan, the Chief Executive Officer of the McDan Group of Companies, Dakpem Gubgbaa Naa, Dr. Daniel McKorley has shown love to the Yaa-Naa and other chiefs in the Dagbang Traditional Area and beyond.

He gave Yaa-Naa Abukari Mahama II 100 maxi bags of rice and an undisclosed amount of money.

The Mion-Lana, the Yoo-Naa the Tolon-Lana, Diare-Lana, Naa Dakpema and some prominent personalities in Tamale have also benefitted from the donation.

The Chief of Teong in the Garu district of the Upper East Region was not left out.

Dagbang Dema Naa, Abubakari Mohammed Awal supervised the distribution and commended the Gubgbaa Naa for the support.

Dakpem Gubgbaa Naa, Dr. Daniel McKorley in an interview described the donation as an annual ritual.

As a sub chief of the Dakpema Palace, he promised to sustain the aid.

He pleaded with the combatants in Chereponi to ceasefire and live in peace.

This, according to him will catch the attention of investors and development partners.

The late Chief of Tamale, Naa Dakpema Mohammed Dawuni Alhassan enskinned Dr. Daniel McKorley as Gubgbaa-Naa (Unity Chief) in Tamale.

This was in appreciation of Dr. McKorley's passion for the development of the north.

The Gubgbaa Naa has since initiated moves to create employment for the youth of Northern Ghana.

His priority areas are agriculture, education, health, sanitation and sports.

His ultimate aim is to reduce the urban/rural migration caused by poverty.
