Asankrangwa (W/R), Aug. 6, GNA- Opayin Kofi Nyonkopah, a leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Amenfi West constituency, has appealed to the Ministry of Health to assign Medical officers to the Asankrangwa Catholic Hospital to alleviate hardships facing patients at the hospital.

He also appealed to medical personnel who are leaving the country for greener pastures to stay and help the government to provide good medical care for the people.

Making the appeal on his sick bed at the Asankrangwa Catholic hospital, he said he was overwhelmed by the work of Dr Osei Kofi, the only medical doctor at the hospital for working around the clock to save lives.
