Smiling, Dr Adjei told the Court presided over by Mr Justice Richard Apaloo, Appeal Court Judge, sitting as additional High Court Judge, that the Party had granted all his claims regarding his nomination that prompted his action.

"Fortunately, wisdom has prevailed and the issue had been settled amicably", Mr G. K. Mensah-Etsi, Counsel for Dr Adjei, told the Court. Mr Francis Ganyaklo and Mr Michael Owusu-Siaw, Volta Regional Secretary of the Party and Biakoye Constituency Chairman, respectively, were in Court on behalf of the Party's General Secretary as respondents. The Court at its last sitting, on Monday June 7 gave the Party one week to resolve the matter, failing which, it would take judicial action.
