NGO provides two communities with wells

Amasaman, Dec 14, GNA - Two communities near Amasaman in the Ga West District have benefited from two wells provided by the Christian Broadcasting Network of Ghana, a non-governmental organisation (NGO), at the cost of about 60 million cedis. The beneficiaries are Bondomaze and Donkorman. Commissioning it Mr Siegfried Addo, the Coordinating Director of the Ga West District Assembly, expressed appreciation for the great concern shown by the NGO. He said the wells would enable the communities to eradicate water bone disease such as guinea worms, cholera and diarrhoea. Mr John-Nartey, the Director of the NGO, said other communities throughout the country would be provided with the facility.
