Ms Esther Cobbah, Chief Executive of Stratcom Africa on Wednesday called on Ghanaians to let the gentle and peaceful nature of the late President John Evans Atta Mills permeate their lives to ensure sustained national development.

Ms Cobbah had earlier laid a flower at the foot of the portrait of the late President Mills at the venue.
She said a peaceful society as the one that the nature of Professor Mills created was key to developing the country, saying, “By this, we can have investors wishing to come into our country to invest and thus bring into being the Better Ghana Agenda he envisioned for us all”.
“President Mills was a peaceful man and God fearing in all that he did and made this known wherever he went,” she said.
“We must allow this kind of attitude reflect in our society."
Ms Cobbah wrote "President Mills declared his love for Christ and sought to govern as such and, therefore, I have no doubt that God has welcomed him warmly into his bosom and into a place where absolute peace reigns”.
The late President Mills died at the 37 Military Hospital on Tuesday, July 24 after being taken ill in the morning of the day.
Burial is scheduled for Friday, August 10.**
