The Central Regional Director of the National Commission of Civic Education (NCCE), Mr. Victor Markin urged Ghanaians to review their communal spirit of voluntarism.

The Chief of Apam, Nana Effrim X, who chaired the function, called for compulsory military service for all school leavers to enable them to be disciplined citizens in future.
