Police say abandoned vehicles will be auctioned

The Regional Police Command on Friday informed owners of abandoned vehicles at police stations in Accra that there is an impending exercise to auction such vehicles.

A statement from the Regional Command is asking owners who are interested in their vehicles to make arrangements to remove them from the stations before the take off of the exercise.

It said the exercise is to decongest police stations and other police premises in the Greater Accra Region and vehicle owners should take advantage of the announcement to remove their vehicles.**
