Takoradi, July 7, GNA- Rev Joseph A. Obodai, chairman of the Western Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church, has said it was disheartening to see people with dubious characters parading as men of God.
"Nowadays many Churches in the country are full of charlatans while others who claim to be church leaders use magic to mislead unsuspecting people." Preaching at the end of the 21st National Delegates Conference of the Presbyterian Men's Fellowship on Sunday, Rev Obodai cautioned the public to be wary of such self-proclaimed men of God.
Rev Obodai appealed to pastors with questionable characters to change their evil ways, be humble and re-dedicate their lives to God to ensure a transformed society. He urged members of the Church to re-institute the aged-old discipline that once made the youth responsible.
