Apam (C/R), Sept 29, GNA - The Medical Superintendent in-charge of Apam Catholic Hospital, Dr Charles Ntimoah Takyi, has called on Gomoa citizens in and outside the country to pay attention to the hospital which is the only big health institution in the Gomoa District. Dr. Takyi appealed to the people in the district to consider the hospital as their own property since it is purely community-based project. He was speaking at a ceremony at which members of Apam Queen Mothers Association presented foodstuffs, fruits, beverages, bread and disinfectants valued at about two million cedis to the hospital. Dr Takyi assured people in the area that medical and other health workers at the hospital are prepared more than ever to offer them their best to promote the health needs of the Gomoa community as well as other patients from outside the district.
