Nana Tieku said, the project was being financed from the resources of the Afari stool land while the residents offer labour. He appealed to the citizens to contribute meaningfully towards the provision of social amenities in the community and desist from their apathetic posture and attitude.

Nana Tieku announced that the next priority project was the renovation of the primary school block and urged the residents to continue to offer labour.

Mr Samuel Kwabena Boateng, headteacher of the local Presbyterian basic school said, the major problem affecting the school was lack of place of convenience and appealed to the community to assist the school to improve it's sanitation.
