Restoring the lost glory and bringing back hope to Sekondi has been his priority since he was voted for as a Member of Parliament by the good people of Sekondi. This has not just been talk but he is delivering on the mandate given him.

As part of the restoration process he has outlined some thematic areas where capacity building and skills acquisition features very strongly in, because the MP is of the firm belief that when he empowers his people their livelihoods would be improved tremendously and therefore it will translate in improved standard of living.

Over the weekend at Ahenfie Hotel in Takoradi, he reaffirmed his pledge for building the capacity of his constituents to acquire skills by donating twenty (20) set of brand new hair dryers to support some ladies who had successfully undergone training in hairdressing within the constituency.

The set of hair dryers were donated on his behalf by the New Patriotic Party Constituency Executives led by their able Chairman, Mr. Percy Mogue-Ansah to the newly graduated hair dressers at a ceremony held in Takoradi.

The donation was in fulfillment of a pledge by the MP to the Mrs. Elizabeth Bossman President of the Sekondi Hairdressers Association to support the graduating class of Hairdressers from the Constituency.

Speaking to the media on behalf of the graduating class Miss. Emmanuelle Cecilia Eshun expressed their profound gratitude to the MP through the NPP Sekondi Constituency Chairman and encouraged him to support vocational training within the constituency to help eradicate the teenage pregnancy menace.

She again called on the MP to put in place financial package that can cater for those who want to take part in the project but do not have the financial capacity to be enrolled unto the program.
