Bishop Omane Achamfour reminded the Choristers on the need to compose and sing songs that had the potential to transform society. He deplored the spate of indecency that had permeated the music scene in the country and called on Parliament and the Musicians Association of Ghana (MUSIGA) to remove "the dark pages" of Ghana's music industry.
Mr Morrison Aidoo, National Chairman of the Association of Methodist Choirs assured the Bishop that the choristers were prepared to come out with more purposeful songs to positively impact on the nation's musical terrain.
