TECNO holds training programme for senior staff

Ghana’s leading mobile phone brand TECNO, has held a day’s training programme for its senior staff employees.

At the Sikim Manipal University in Accra, a cross section of the employees were trained as part of measures to improve worker-efficiency, and also TECNO Ghana's resolve to equip its staff to enable them deliver world class services.

TECNO has said given their growing market appeal and wide customer base, it has become necessary to adapt to international best practices, hence the training.

The training programme comes days after the company was awarded the Most Trusted Customer Brand of the Year At the Corporate Ghana Customer Service awards. TECNO came up for mentioning as the most preferred brand most consumers in Ghana would want to be associated with.
