Mr. Okyere-Darko said this at the third matriculation ceremony of the Ghana Telecom University College at Takoradi in the Western Region.

He said the present generation seemed to have failed Ghana and Africa adding, “You are the only hope of Ghana and the Continent”.

Dr. Awuah said Africa continued to be a challenged continent despite it numerous resources.

He said this was the time to create the new Africans the late President Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah said and added “We at GTUC will work in producing students who excel both in classroom and job and thrive in society to become the ambassadors for GTUC, the country and as global citizens.”
